4th of july cocktail hack

For many of us, we are heading into a long weekend with cook outs and hopefully, time spent with family–from a safely masked distance. As we prepare for food, fireworks, and (possibly) friends–here’s a quick cocktail hack to help save time and keep you focused on the quality time amongst your loved ones. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!!! I know I did. And one of the things that made it so incredibly yummy were the hot cocoa cookies I made. Recipe Review: Easy Pork Chop Marinade

One of the things I often do during the week is broil a piece of meat, nuke a potato and some frozen veggies and voila! Dinner! (And a relatively healthy one at that.) In the day and age of Pinterest, I stumbled across a few marinades–one of which was for pork chops. What I didn’t expect was how much I would love the book–and not just because I’m single. There were so many quotes,...

At any rate, I gave this one a try and it was really pretty good....

Recipe Review: Spinach and Ricotta Turkey Meatloaf

One of the things I love to do–other than read and then share reviews on this blog–is cook (and eat). I’m always trolling websites, cooking shows, family, friends, social media–you get the picture–for something new to make. As my blog continues to evolve, I decided to start sharing more of the recipes that I try and love. I found this recipe on Pinterest. It traced back to Meredith Steele’s site, In Sock Monkey Slippers a...
